2004.1.1　我が家の一年の最初は、鐘突から始まります。This is a Japanese traditional event. We sound a bell in a temple and have January.

2004.1.3　富津のお正月です。みんなでマザー牧場に行きました。It is January of Futtsu. We went to mother ranch together.

2004.01.10-12　仙台にスキーに行きました。リボンも雪道を初めて走りました。We went to Sendai for skiing. The ribbon lied across the road where it is snowy for the first time.

2004.4.29　今日は僕の誕生日です。ピアノの発表会をしました。友達がみんな聞きに来てくれました。It is my birthday today. I did performance party of a piano. All the friends came to hear it.

緊張してます。I feel tense and increase.

2004.5.4　とし子はエアロビクスのインストラクターです。アクアビクスの様子を紹介します。Toshiko is an instructor of aerobics. I introduce a condition of aqua-bics.

2004.5.5　晃央の11歳の誕生日パーティをしました。友達を呼んで焼肉パーティをしました。Birthday party of 11-year-old of Akio was done. I invited his friends and did roast beef party.

2004.8.13-15　夏休みは、富津の行きました。弟の良和家族、高部秀樹君と行きました。プール、海、バーベキューなど夏の定番をすべてやりました。家ではゴム鉄砲の使った射的競技。我が家のオリンピックです。We went to Futtsu for a summer vacation. I went with Yoshikazu family of a younger brother, Mr. Hideki Takabe. I did plays of summer such as a swimming pool, the sea, a barbecue entirely. We did target practice competition used of rubber gun in home. It is Olympics of home.

2004.8.28　良和の家を訪問した際、近くで行われていた地下鉄工事現場の見学をしました。なれないヘルメットを被って、地下20mまで行きました。We inspected the subway construction spot done near when visited a house of Yoshikazu. We covered the helmet which didn't mature and went to basement 20 m.

2004.10.9　とし子はエアロビクスのインストラクターです。千葉県八千代市の「エフェ」というスポーツクラブでアクアビクスを教えています。Toshiko is an instructor of aerobics. She teaches the Aquabics in sports club of "Effe" of Yachiyo-shi, Chiba.

2004.10.10　乃乃華1歳の誕生日パーティ　Nonoka's birthday party, she is one years old.

2004.12.21,23　とし子の教えているアクアビクスの様子です。今日はクリスマスバージョンです。It is a photograph of the Aquabics which Toshiko teaches. It is Christmas version today.

2004.12.26　恒例のクリスマスパーティです。It is annual Christmas party.
