	２７・１２・９７、午前９時 シンガポ−ル動物園入り口Singapore Zoological Gardens ＆ Night Safari Open Zoo として有名な動物園 規模の大きい、本格的なシンガポ−ルが誇る動物園！！ かくエリアではさまざまなショ−が行われていた． The 'open zoo' was coined, not because of our operating hours (though we are open from 8:30am to 6:00pm, 365 days a year) but rather to convey the concepts behind our animal exhibition designs and landscaping.

２７・１２・９７、午前９時 シンガポ−ル動物園Singapore Zoological Gardens＆NightSafari ・・・・トラムにて園内を そう、このトラムがなくちゃ-、 園内をとてもとてもまわれない・・・・・・・ The Singapore Zoological Gardens is a garden - lush and green with specks of colour. Plants, ferns and orchids sprout everywhere and majestic trees flourish to provide much-needed shade for visitors. A stroll around the Zoo is truly refreshing as one enjoys the beautiful landscaping and the sound of cascades against the backdrop of Seletar Reservoir. Pockets of secondary forest preserved around the Zoo lend an even more naturalistic touch to the setting.

園内に休息ポイント−レストラン− 人気のオランウ−タンエリアで休みを取る "I've just had 'Breakfast at the Zoo' with Ah Meng and her adopted baby. Enjoyed it so much ... We were most impressed by your Zoo and, in particular, by the Orang Utan exhibit. It was - and is - without doubt, in my opinion, one of the most enjoyable and best Zoos in the world. The care and spaces for your exhibits leave one with the hopes that many other Zoos will soon follow your example."

２７・１２・９７、午前９時 シンガポ−ル動物園Singapore Zoological Gardens ＆ Night Safari オランウ−タンエリアのまえで ここはオ−プン方式の動物園が特色・・・・・・ とにかく、広い！！！ 歩いてはまわれない・・・・・・・広さ！ Two rare treats await you at the Orang Utan Terrace. The Singapore Zoo is the only place in the world where you can share either breakfast or tea with an orang utan. You can also have a photograph taken with some of our animals, or experience a ride on an elephant, a camel or a pony.

２７・１２・９７、午前９時 シンガポ−ル動物園Singapore Zoological Gardens サルが悠々と歩道を歩いてきた・・・・・ 人を見ても逃げる様子はない まさに、オ−プンな動物園！ 隣接して、夜開園する動物園−ナイトサファリ−がある． It is extremely difficult to simulate the exact natural habitat of the animals we display for a host of reasons. Besides the limited availability of the correct species of plants, the climate is an important factor, unless the animal is indigenous to the equatorial regions. Some animals themselves tend to be destructive towards vegetation and thus the more hardy plants ultimately prevail.
