His Excellency
Senior Juan Antonio Samaranch
President
International Olympic Committee

Dear Mr. President

Please Allow us to send another letter.
We express great respect to the achievement which you have done.

We are the NGO that are opposing the plan for the Olympic games in Osaka in 2008. We have sent letters twice.
By the way we've heard that members of the selection committee of IOC will come to Osaka city to inspect from February 26 to March 1.
Could you meet us during this period? We do not mind even if it would be for a short time.We would like to explain the problems of the Osaka Olympic plan from the citizen's point of view. The opposing opinions that Osaka city reported last year didn't reflect our thought.
We have already informed many problems to you, but they have become clearer since the last letter that we sent. We sincerely would like to help you to make the correct decision. We will be able to give you a lot of information that Osaka city won't explain.

The main problems that became to clear are as below.
1)Subway construction to the main stadium will not be completed by the openning ceremony.
2)The Finances of Osaka city have been deteriorating and furthermore will be in ruin by 2008.

May I trouble you for the answer if you would be able to meet us with FAX(:06-6395-8232 Konishi, Kazuto )

Yours Respectfully

KONISHI, Kazuto
President
