1988年発表の1stアルバム。1995年にVOMITING CORPSESのMichaelとHeiner(Dr)、VAE SOLISのFrankとChrisによって結成される。同年にデモ「CONDEMNED TRUTH」を発表する。1996年にデモ「GODMACHINE」を発表。「DEATHOPHOBIA」、「REPULSIVE ASSAULT 2」などのコンピレーション・アルバムに参加。1998年にRepulse Recordsと契約するが、Heinerが脱退する。EYE SEAのHerbを迎えて本作を制作する。
