オスロ・シテイ−地下駐車場
駐車場内に車を誘導して運転していた私の写真を載せています。
車を入れた区画はヨーロッパの都市名をつけていて,たまたまパリという名前の区画に止めることができました。
なかなか狭い駐車スペースなので車を入れるのに大変苦労した。

次々と車が入ってくるし、また次々と車が出ていくために、新参者の私たちは戸惑いながらも何とか車を駐車場に入れることができた。
かなり利用者の多い駐車場であった。
駐車場に車を入れれば何とかなるもので、入れてしまえば、人の後について行くことによって、ショッピングモールに到着することができた。

地下駐車場のシステムが、わからないので、何とかなるだろう方式！（４・２３）

We were embarrassed because we did not understand the parking method of
this underground parking lot. However,when the car was made to go into
an underground parking lot, it was possible to park well. (4･23) |
オスロ・シテイ−地下駐車場から、上のショツピング・モ−ルへの出口
緑の電光掲示板に、”UT”と書いてある．どうもこれが、上へ出るの”OUT"にあたる、ノルウェ−語らしい．

地下駐車場から、上に行く、エレベ−タ前に、駐車場精算機ガおいてあり、入庫の際、とつたチケツトを、ショツピング後、駐車場にかえつて来た際、この機械に入れ、チケツトの代金を払うシステム
とにかく、どこにいつても、無人の効率のいいシステムが、整備されており、この点日本よりかなり進んでいた．
最近は日本の駐車場でもこのような精算機を駐車場に置いているところが増えてきたが、この時期、日本では見たこともないような機械であり、システムであったので、あわてて車に駐車券を取りに戻った。
駐車場の出口で車が渋滞しないようにあらかじめショッピングをモールを出るときに精算するシステムになっていた！！（４・２３）
We got off the car in an underground parking lot and the machine of collecting

駐車場精算機 -オスロ・シテイ−地下駐車場-
ただ、ショッピングモールの入り口に駐車場の精算機があることには驚いた。
あわてて車に駐車券を取りに戻った。

オスロ・シテイ−
オスロＣＴのショッピングモールは中央に天井まで貫いたオープンスペースがあり、地下フロアから天井までは何の障害もなしに見通すことができた。
この周囲を取り囲むようにショッピングモールが形成されていた。
地下のフローは日本と同じように食品売り場、レストランなどがあった。

福祉先進国だけに、エスカレ−トも巾が広く、車椅子の人が、そのまま、ゆつたりと車椅子にすわつたまま、乗り降りしていた．飲食、ブテイク、土産物、旅行、銀行、診療所など１００あまりの店舗からなる、オスロ最大のショツピング・モ−ル（４・２３）
オスロプラザとオスロＣＴのショッピングモールは道路の地下をくり抜いた地下連絡道で連結されていた。
人の波でごった返していた。

お気に入りの、刺繍のまえで記念写真
白い一番高層のビルがOslo Plazaで、この中にthe Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel Osloが入っている．この一角に、Oslo City,Oslo Spektrumの建物が林立している．
百貨店の造りも障害者の車いすに合うように非常に便利に作られていた。日本では考えられないような、幅の広さで障害者が1人でこのエスカレーターに車いすを乗せて上り下りができるようになっていた。
やはりこのショッピングモールはたくさんの若者でいっぱいになっていた。

こちらに来て驚いたことは、車いすに乗った障害者がひとりで平然とショッピングを楽しみに来ていることである。
介添え役も誰もいない。
ひとりで平然と行動して、どこへでも自由に行くことができているのである。
